Data and purposes

We process your name, contact details, clinic, service of interest, message and date/time preferences to answer enquiries and arrange appointments. Client accounts authenticate users and grant access to authorised documents. Do not submit medical records or health data through the public form.

Legal basis

Quotation and appointment requests are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Client management is based on the contract and legal obligations. Non-essential cookies require consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Proportionate security and anti-abuse measures serve the legitimate interest of protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention

Requests stored on this website are automatically deleted after six months. If a contract is established, necessary data are retained during that relationship and for applicable statutory periods. Email correspondence is managed separately; you may request retention information and exercise your rights. Cookie preferences expire after six months or earlier if the configuration changes.

Recipients and external services

Necessary hosting, email and support providers may access data under appropriate contractual safeguards. Private workspaces use Google Drive through Use-your-Drive with assigned permissions. WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media links open those services only when you choose to use them; their policies also apply. If analytics is enabled, its provider and terms are described in the cookie policy. International transfers require a valid basis and safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Write to direccioncomercial@eusklinic.com with your request; additional identity information will only be requested where necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

Service finder

The service finder applies simple rules to your selections. It does not make automated decisions with legal effects, provide medical diagnoses or request patient data. Answers are not sent to the server unless you choose to contact us and share the recommendation.

Spam protection

Forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect automated submissions. Interacting with a form connects to Google, which may process technical browser and device data, including the IP address, for the security check.
